KALLA ECO TUBES & BOXES

Custom Food-Grade Tubes: Eco-Conscious and Designed for Shelf Appeal

To meet regulatory and functional needs, we developed a series of bespoke butted cardboard tubes, fully food-safe and constructed from 150gsm white Kraft paper — a recyclable and sustainable material. Each tube included a grease-resistant lining and was sealed with rolled edges and metal closures to protect product freshness and ensure durability.

These cylindrical containers were produced in seven unique sizes, perfectly fitted to KALLA’s specific product range — including formulations like Cycle Sync, Prebiotic Blend, Hormones & Me, and Calm & Me. The packaging featured vivid PANTONE printing with soy-based inks, supporting both eco-responsibility and strong visual branding.

Premium Rigid Boxes for Product Presentation

To elevate KALLA’s brand experience further, we developed custom slipcase and tray-style rigid boxes. Using 2mm greyboard wrapped in TAKEO Satogami 90gsm paper, these boxes offered a tactile, elegant unboxing moment while ensuring robust product protection.

We added thoughtful touches like a white silk ribbon pull tab and a debossed logo within the inner tray for extra brand detail. For visual harmony, each supplement range featured a distinct colourway using high-end art papers such as:

  • MIND & MOOD – Greyish violet
  • RELIEF – Light green
  • IMMUNE HEALTH – Rust orange

Internal box dimensions measured W78mm × L188mm × D38mm, perfectly tailored for product fit and structural integrity.

SUSTAINABLE RIGID BOARD BOXES

Sustainable Mailing Boxes: Strength Meets Simplicity

For direct-to-consumer shipping, we supplied E-flute corrugated kraft mailers, sized at 290mm × 200mm × 65mm. These mailing boxes were strong, fully recyclable, and designed to maintain the unboxing experience even during transit.

Design features included:

  • Easy-open tear strip for user convenience
  • Custom one-colour print inside and out for brand cohesion
  • Removable internal fitments for secure transit
  • Flat-pack format for space-efficient storage and shipping

These cartons helped ensure that both presentation and practicality were optimised across all fulfilment channels.
